Privacy Policy.

UX Elevation Capital collects limited personal data through this website and through client engagements. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how it is handled.

Effective: January 2026

Data collected through this website

Through the mandate intake form and PDF download gate, we collect: full name, firm or fund name, email address, deal type, jurisdiction, deal size, timeline, and a brief description of the verification concern or enquiry. This information is submitted voluntarily and is used exclusively to assess mandate fit and respond to enquiries.

Through the partner application forms, we collect: name, firm, role, email address, geography, estimated deal volume, and a free-text description of the applicant's background. This information is used solely to assess partner programme fit.

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, behavioural analytics, or session recording tools on this site. No visitor data is passively collected. The only data we hold is what you explicitly submit through a form.

Purpose of data collection

Information submitted through this website is used for three purposes only: (a) assessing whether an enquiry fits current mandate capacity; (b) responding to scope call requests and partner programme applications; and (c) delivering requested documents such as the TrustChain Brief.

Your data is not used for unsolicited marketing or cold outreach. It is not sold to, shared with, or accessible by any third party, advertising network, or data broker. It is not used to build any profile beyond what is needed to respond to your specific enquiry.

Where your data is stored

All intake form and PDF gate submissions are stored in Airtable, a cloud-based database. Airtable is SOC 2 Type II certified. Data stored in Airtable is accessible only to UX Elevation Capital and is not shared with Airtable for any commercial, marketing, or analytical purpose.

Data is retained for a maximum of 24 months from the date of submission, or until a deletion request is received, whichever is earlier. Mandate-related data submitted under a signed scope agreement is subject to the retention terms in that agreement.

External tools we use

This website uses Google Fonts for typography, loaded from Google's CDN. Booking links use Cal.com. Neither service receives your form submission data. Google Fonts requests do not identify individual visitors. Cal.com bookings are subject to Cal.com's own privacy policy.

No advertising networks, marketing automation platforms, social media pixels, or tracking scripts are used on this site.

Access, correction, and deletion

You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data, and request deletion of your data at any time. You may also request that we restrict processing of your data or provide it in portable format.

To exercise any of these rights, contact ahmed@uxelevation.com or call +1 818-858-7905. All requests are acknowledged within 24 hours and actioned within 5 business days. There is no charge for exercising these rights.

Changes to this policy

This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page will be updated when changes are made. Continued use of this website after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For material changes, we will notify active clients directly by email.

For any questions regarding this policy or our data practices, contact Ahmed Malik at ahmed@uxelevation.com.
