Privacy and Confidentiality
This service exists because founders trust us with sensitive material. That trust is the product, so we keep this plain. Here is exactly what we collect, how your file is handled, what we keep, and what we never do.
What we collect
- The material you submit. The pitch deck or pitch text you upload or paste into the file scan, so it can be evaluated.
- Your contact details, only if you ask for them to be used. Your name and email, if you request the full snapshot or book a call.
- Anonymous usage data. Aggregate, privacy-friendly analytics about how the site is used. No advertising trackers, no cross-site profiling.
How your file is handled
When you run the file scan, your material is sent over an encrypted connection to an automated evaluation system, which includes a third-party AI provider (Anthropic), and a set of findings is returned to you. Your file is analyzed once to produce that result. We do not store the deck or pitch text after the scan completes, and your material is not used to train any model.
What we keep
If you request the snapshot or book a call, we keep your name, email, and a short summary of your scan result so we can follow up with you. We do not keep the underlying file. If you never enter your details, nothing identifying you is retained.
What we never do
- We never sell, rent, or trade your information.
- We never share your file or contact details with anyone outside what is needed to deliver the service.
- We never run advertising trackers or build a profile of you across other sites.
Confidentiality on paid engagements
For paid evaluations, the standard of discretion is higher than this page. We are glad to sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before any file changes hands, and the work product is treated as confidential to you.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete the details we hold about you at any time. Email the address below and we will remove them.
